Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Free shipping does not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–9 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier, customs, or weather.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Updates are provided by third-party carriers and may take time to appear.

Lost or undeliverable packages

Marco Marsano is not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipping fees may apply.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and may affect delivery times.
