Return and refund policy
We want every Marco Marsano order to be straightforward and fairly handled.
30-day return window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Return shipping cost
Returns are accepted by mail. For approved returns, the return label and return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original packaging where possible. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, subject to review.
How to start a return
Email hello@marcomarsano.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
