Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage.
To request a return, contact hello@marcomarsano.com within the return window. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection & approval
All returns are inspected on arrival. We may reject returns that don’t meet our condition standards, apply partial refunds for damaged packaging or missing components, or refuse refunds if eligibility isn’t met. Our decision after inspection is final.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to hello@marcomarsano.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order at current pricing and availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund, contact hello@marcomarsano.com.
